With more than 25 years of executive and leadership experience in California State government and nonprofit organizations, she brings strategic insight, practical expertise, and real world credibility to every client engagement.​​

DeLesa holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from National University. She completed her ICF approved coach training through the University of California, Davis and Symbiosis Coaching USA.
