As lifelong friends who met in the second grade, we have always been driven by a shared passion for empowering others to reach their full potential.

After we both landed jobs with the State of California, we worked our way up to senior and executive-level positions in various governmental agencies. It was during this time that our love for leadership development flourished and continues to grow stronger with each passing year.
